About Me
Originally from Nebraska, Dr. Bryan graduated with honors from Nebraska Wesleyan University and was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society at the University of Nebraska School of Medicine.
Following medical school, Dr. Bryan traveled to Albuquerque, NM for his General Surgery residency, where he met his wife Nicole, who is an Ear, Nose and Throat surgeon in Carrollton. After residency, Dr. Bryan moved to North Texas and completed a Fellowship in Colon and Rectal Surgery at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. He then joined Surgical Associates of the Mid-Cities and has enjoyed building a busy clinical practice in both General and Colorectal Surgery.
Dr. Bryan has developed a special interest in advanced laparoscopic and robotic surgery, particularly for hernia repairs and colorectal procedures. He also performs colonoscopy for colon cancer screening.
When not practicing medicine, Dr. Bryan enjoys spending time with his family, running, and being outdoors. He has also held medical staff leadership roles at several facilities.
